1. Subject

This Distance Sales Agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations.

2. Product Information

The subject of this agreement is the toner cartridges and printer supplies selected by the Buyer on the website. The product descriptions, prices, and quantities are as specified at the time of the order. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including the product price and any applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment providers. The Buyer's payment information is not stored by the Seller.

4. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller within the 14-day period by contacting: dilaratavukcu1@gmail.com.

6. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. The Seller provides a free return shipping label. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Products Exempt from Right of Withdrawal

Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return. Consumable products that have been unsealed after delivery are also exempt.

8. Obligations of the Seller

The Seller agrees to deliver the ordered products in accordance with the specifications listed on the website, within the stated timeframe, and in proper condition. In the event of inability to fulfill the order, the Seller shall notify the Buyer and issue a full refund within 14 days.

9. Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer agrees to provide accurate personal and shipping information, make payment in full at the time of order, and comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. This agreement is governed by applicable law. For unresolved disputes, the Buyer may contact the relevant consumer protection authority in their jurisdiction.
